Keri Hager, associate professor, has been named co-associate dean for clinical affairs, effective July 6, 2020.

C. O’Donnell, S. Jackson, J. Nelson Albee, Ann M. Yapel, adjunct assistant professor (affiliated), C. Nash, Danielle MacDonald, adjunct assistant professor (affiliated), A. King, Mark Schneiderhan, associate professor, and Hager presented a poster, “Enhancing Education of Family Medicine Residents: Survey Results of Interprofessional Psychiatry and Medical Care Conferences Across Two Outpatient Health Systems,” Encore Presentation, at the American College of Clinical Pharmacy Virtual Poster Symposium, May 26, 2020.

Amanda Klein, assistant professor, participated in the NIH Study Section 2020/01 ZDA1 SXM-M (04) S Cutting Edge Basic Science Awards (NIDA), June 2-4, 2020, in Bethesda, Md. (via Zoom).

A study led by Glenn Simmons, Jr., of the Medical School Duluth and Olihe Okoro, assistant professor, is highlighted in the April 27, 2020, Medical School post, "Using Social Networking to Provide Health Education to African American Men."

Laura Palombi, associate professor, was interviewed for the April 27, 2020, Minnesota Daily article, “COVID-19’s impact on UMN community research.”

Summer Tran (mentee of Stenehjem) was selected as a recipient of the ASHP-AFPE Pre-Doctoral Fellowship for 2020-2021. Tran (Social and Administrative Pharmacy) was also awarded a Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship from the University of Minnesota Graduate School.
