Governor Dayton to Visit Duluth and St. Cloud on Friday, June 10

On Friday, June 10, 2016, Governor Mark Dayton will travel to Duluth and St. Cloud, calling on legislators to finish their work, and make critical investments in a Better Minnesota.

Governor Dayton will visit University of Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State University, urging legislators to compromise on terms for a Special Session. Since June 1, 2016, Governor Dayton has been calling on legislative leaders to compromise on needed investments in higher education, job creation, and public safety. Essential investments in Duluth and St. Cloud area projects were among many left unfinished during this year’s Regular Session.

The following are the details of Governor Dayton’s travel plans tomorrow. Members of the press are encouraged and invited to attend these events.
