We are excited that Dr. Kathryn Milun, a legal anthropologist at the University of Minnesota Duluth, will present a Ted-style talk called " Social Change Through Community Solar." She will talk about a new idea and model for energy democracy: making community energy serve ecological and social justice through community trust solar ownership.
We will start off the night with a local band called "Black Diary" and then show this TEDx video called "Art & Energy" by Elizabeth Monoian and Robert Ferry. As always, come a bit early to make sure you get a seat. $5 donation suggested at the door.
