Department of English, Linguistics, and Writing Studies (ELWS) Instructor Kevin Swanberg will explain "What Makes a Good Translation 'Good'?" on Tuesday, October 23, at 4 pm, in the Library Rotunda (4th Floor)
The event gets underway with light appetizers, followed by a 15 - 20-minute talk, and concludes with 15 - 20 minutes of informal discussion.
Swanberg's presentation is part of ongoing research with Professor of Linguistics Chongwon Park.
