Gloria DeFilipps Brush, professor, art and design, has a photograph in the juried survey of contemporary art in the 75th Rockford Midwest Biennial 2018, on view through September 30 at the Rockford Art Museum in Rockford, Illinois. Gallerist Aron Packer of Aron Packer Projects at River North, Chicago, selected her work. A full page reproduction of the work appears in the exhibition catalog.
She also has a photograph in the juried PhotoMidwest exhibition from September 11 – December 2, 2018 at the Overture Center for the Arts in Madison, Wis. Her work was selected by Alex Garcia, Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist and professor at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, and independent filmmaker Alfred Rasho, who has directed PBS documentaries.
