Four professionals recently earned their Certificate in Frontline Leadership from UMD's Continuing Education.

UMD's Continuing Education department announced that four professionals recently earned their Certificate in Frontline Leadership: Tara Gershick, Bois Forte Tribal Government, Nett Lake; Ashley Hagelin, Lutheran Social Services, Duluth; Carrie Lustig, City of Duluth, Duluth; and Nikki Wilmes, Cloquet Memorial Hospital, Cloquet.

The Certificate in Frontline Line Leadership is earned by completing 30 hours of course work in such areas as communication, conflict, business acumen, and performance management.
