Inclusion Fusion

A line-up of informal reading groups is designed to stimulate discussions about diversity and equity.

UMD Commission on Equity, Race & Ethnicity (CERE) invites the community to join the 2018-19 Reading Circles.

A series of events at UMD will expand awareness and appreciation of diversity issues and enhance the feeling of community. All are welcome to participate, or just to listen. Participants are encouraged to attend as many of the sessions as desired.

Guests are invited to check-out books at the UMD Kathryn A. Martin Library on a first-come, first-served basis. Six to ten copies of each book will be available one month prior to the event.  People read all or part of the books before they come, or they can just come to listen. The sessions are informal.

The events are co-sponsored by the Kathryn A. Martin Library. All events will be held in the 4th Floor Library Rotunda (unless noted).
