Students are invited to join us for brief relaxation sessions in the library! We will practice a different technique each week intended to help students actively de-stress, with mindfulness, breath work, meditation, and guided imagery. Most sessions will last about 30 minutes.
CALM sessions will happen in Library 119 February 6 through April 25:
- Mondays from 2 to 3 p.m.
- Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to noon
Tea and snacks will be provided.
