The book is about the diverse forms of literacy in our world.

Joe Erickson received his BA in 2004 and his MA in 2006 from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Joe then went on to pursue his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in English from Bowling Green State University, which he completed in 2011. In addition to being an author, Joe is a faculty member at Anoka Ramsey Community College, where he received his AA degree in 2001. Learn more about Joe.
