Endowed Chair David Beaulieu Publishes Book Chapter

The book is entitled American Indian Stories of Success: New Visions of Leadership in Indian Country.

Professor David Beaulieu, the Ruth A. Myers Endowed Chair in American Indian Education in CEHSP, had a book chapter, A Community of Leaders: American Indian Education Policy Development, published in the book American Indian Stories of Success: New Visions of Leadership in Indian Country. 

Also David has been invited to give a commencement presentation at Sinte Gleska University graduation August 28, 2015 in Rosebud South Dakota. Sinte Gleska University is a tribally controlled institution of higher education serving the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. It is the first  tribal college to be accredited at the baccalaureate level and the only one to be accredited as a University granting MA level degrees.

David had previously worked at Sinte Gleska in the late 1970's through the mid 1980's. He had led the institution toward its goal of baccalaureate accreditation leading the self study process and writing the self study report.
