Sara Scrignoli shares her experience of feeling a sense of belonging from her own orientation leader when she was a freshman. Now, Scrignoli takes leadership in helping students feel the same way through team building activities, exploring campus grounds, and creating space for one on ones. "It's important to get involved and find your people. You should never have to change yourself to make friends here," says Scrignoli.
